Raft's pet hotel can only accommodate a maximum of one group per day.
Also, since it is both a store and a residence,
you will be right next to your dog 24 hours a day.
Even if you are lonely, even if you are not good at taking care of multiple animals,
We will take care of you by counseling one by one.

*Customers who wish to use the hotel for the first time are recommended to use our trimming service in advance.
*If you are coming from outside Okinawa, please contact us by phone in advance.
*In principle, we refuse to use the hotel for new elderly dogs and dogs that are vulnerable to heat and do not use our services.

Usage details
・We will take a walk once in the morning and once in the evening.
・During business hours, you will have free time in the free space.
・If you have your dog's familiar beds and towels, please prepare them.
・We also have circle cages available at the shop. It can be used according to the dog's mood.
What to prepare
□ Food (usual tableware and what you eat)
□ Leash, collar, harness (I will use it when taking a walk.)
□ If you have a towel you use all the time, your favorite toys, etc., you can rest assured, so please bring it with you.
□ The first visit to the store is an ID card and a vaccine certificate within one year (rabies prevention, mixed vaccine)
